Wondering how to pronounce my name?
Say "ING-uh"!

Emma-13.jpg

Emma Inga has a passion for all things artistic and creative! As a performer, Emma considers herself a singer, actor, and strong mover. Emma loves to sing the musical theatre genre as well as pop, rock, jazz, golden age, and folk. She is able to pick up and personalize choreography quickly while giving it her own flare! She loves to play the silly, quirky characters as well as the more villainous roles. She also has always loved singing in funny voices and improvising harmonies! Through her work, Emma seeks to spark the same joy in others that performing brings for herself.

Emma is originally from the Twin Cities, Minnesota (of course, being from Minnesota, Judy Garland and Prince are some of her favorite artists). She graduated from the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists in 2018 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2022. She currently lives all over while travelling for work! Some of her favorite roles include: Sandra in "The Play That Goes Wrong", Sister Mary Amnesia in "Nunsense", and Shelly the Mermaid. She has worked with Hawks Cay Resort, Blue Gate Musicals, Paul Bunyan Playhouse, Highland Summer Theatre, and Lakeshore Players Theatre; as well as participated in shows for the Minnesota Fringe Festival and Twin Cities Horror Festival.

Emma has been performing since elementary school and could not dream of a more fulfilling career than one in the arts! As well as live theatre, she has acted in several film projects and sang in various music ensembles and cover bands. In addition to singing, she also studied violin and piano. On top of performing, Emma has experience in stage management, carpentry, costuming, and other technical theatre disciplines. Outside of the world of entertainment, Emma enjoys crocheting and knitting, working at Renaissance Faires, experimenting with makeup, staying active indoors and out, and playing with her dogs. Her favorite non-theatre project was modeling for a Tarot-inspired photo series by her friend, James Wesley Taylor, in which she was "Temperance".
